Clients will be subject to the following tour cancellation fees for paid tours:
10% of the total tour cost is non-refundable on all cancelled tours.
If cancelled prior to 3 months, 90% of the total tour cost is refundable.
If cancelled prior to 2 months, 60% of the total tour cost is refundable.
If cancelled prior to 1 month, 40% of the total tour cost is refundable.
If cancelled prior to 2 weeks, 20% of the total tour is refundable.
If cancelled less than 2 weeks, No Refund.
No Refund after arrival in Bhutan.
Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
