The abbreviation and terms “BTT”, “WE”, “US” and “OUR” all refer to Bhutan Tours and Travels, a certified tour operator registered and licensed by the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Royal Government of Bhutan. All trips are offered based on the guidelines set for Operating Tours in Bhutan under the Tourism Council of Bhutan.
Bhutan Tours and Travels will not be held liable for any injuries, illness or death during a tour or trekking. BTT also assumes no responsibility for any delays, cancellation, additional expenses, damage or loss of any kind beyond our control. We always encourage our guests to insure themselves for their tour to Bhutan.
BTT does not provide insurance coverage and hence it is not included in our costs. Travel insurance should be obtained from your country of residence before the commencement of your trip. You may also want to insure against delays and loss of baggage.
BTT shall not be held responsible for cancellations arising due to unforeseeable events such as natural calamity, national emergency, civil strife, war or acts of terrorism that effectively hampers the completion of the trip.
